Welcome back to Featured Makers where we will be showcasing and highlighting the show-stopping work that you create with Full Spectrum Laser. This week we want to introduce one of the newest members of the FSL Marketing team, Shelby. She's our go-to gal for all things social media! The Vegas native loves the Knights and is a dog mom to two pitties! When Shelby isn't lasering her pup's face onto hexagonal tiles, you can find her making foodie content on youtube or working on other digital design ventures. This multi talented queen is all that and a bag of [shrimp] chips.
Since Shelby is a superhero of a dog mom, she got her best girl engraved onto a porcelain piece of tile. We used the Muse Pandora to engrave an inverted image of her dog, Lulu! could it get any more wholesome than that? We think not! You can do this with any high quality photo or image. If you're learning how to laser like Shelby, this is a great project to start out with because it's as easy as dragging and dropping. Plus, it's even better that it doesn't break the bank.
We do have a few tips that we like to keep in our arsenal for engraving on the Muse Pandora. Like we've mentioned before, it's important to invert whatever photo you will use to ensure the image is lasered on properly. Your main goal is achieving a good contrast in order for the image to show up. We recommend using a polished piece of stone with light output in order to achieve that high contrast look. Here is an example of ours!
