Thank you for choosing Full Spectrum Laser. If you have received a battery pack kit to ensure memory functions, in case of power outage, please follow these instructions:

Step One: Identify the battery pack you received from Full Spectrum Laser. Keep it close by.

Step Two: Unplug Machine and wait for at least five minutes to ensure no lingering electrical discharge.

Step Three:  Detach 7” LCD touchscreen. Access the interior of the machine by opening the lid. Use a small wrench to unscrew the five nylon M3 nuts securing the touchscreen. There are two on the top, two on the bottom and one on the left side. Keep these nuts close by to reattach the touchscreen at the end of this process. Carefully pull the touchscreen out of its panel slot, being careful not to detach any cords.

Step Four: Carefully flip the touchscreen over to access the rear of the panel. Again, do not detached any of the cords.

Step Five: Located the battery receptacle on the left side of the flipped touchscreen. It is the tiny white connection slot that matches the battery pack’s white plug. Carefully connect the battery pack, making sure the silver pins on the battery line up properly with the pin detectors on the touchscreen. You can double check by making sure the “smooth” side of the battery pack connector lines up with the smooth side of the battery receptacle.

Step Six: Once connected, remove the red paper from the double-sided sticky tape and attach the battery to circuit board under the brass plate. Be sure not to place battery on components that may heat up during operation.

Step Seven: Reattach touchscreen by carefully flipping it back over and inserting it into the slot. Reattach the 5 nylon M3 nuts from inside the lid access.

This completes the process.
