Fowler's Makery and Mischief

Fowler smile

Born in Vermont, Zachary Fowler has always been a true outdoorsman. His parents were also natural adventurers who nurtured Zach's similar love for spontaneous challenges and travel. Throughout his childhood he was taken on numerous trips and excursions that would shape his everyday lust for nature. He struggled with school because of his dyslexia, but found a true enjoyment for learning through audio books and building anything he could. After some trial and error experimenting with what he was passionate about, He later moved to Maine after he graduated from high school. Zach worked at various boat yards on huge projects that would help sharpen and perfect his craft. While he was jumping from boat yard to boat yard he lived in an off the grid yurt where he lived mainly off his land. When he wasn't building these mammoth boats, he was hunting for books on anything that had more information about homesteading and using what you have to live. His natural urge for the outdoors and love for a challenge naturally lead him down the path of survivalist.History-Alone-3-group

Fowler has been on the scene for quite a few years now teaching his nearly 850k YouTube subscribers how to survive and build as if their life depended on it. Quite literally. Zach is known for his adventurous survival-based channel with segments like 30 Day Survival Challenge and Trick Shot Tuesday's, where he teaches you to use a slingshot in different ways. You may have seen him on "Alone." A series that airs on the History Channel focused on survivalists competing for money. Zach actually won season 3 where he survived for 87 days in Patagonia!

We already knew Zach was well versed in the worlds of carpentry and survival. Why not add something else to the list? In his first video of 2021, he used the Muse Core 3D Fiber Laser to throw together a quick little tool that would help him on his next adventure. He made a fishing pole jig out of plywood that holds his fishing pole while he gets into more mischief. fishing poleWhen Zach isn't in the middle of Argentina competing for $500,000, strapping a go-pro onto a lobster, or sling-shotting turkeys you can find him building and creating. Not only does he use the Muse for throwing together useful knick-knacks, he also utilizes the Muse to make pieces for his slingshot business. He became known for being the slingshot guy when he was on his season alone. He attributes a portion of his success to selecting the slingshot as one of the 10 items he was able to bring with him. He continued with that traction and grew  his channel where he demonstrates their diversity in a segment he calls Slingshot Tuesday. Opportunities are endless when you have a Full Spectrum Laser. Keep up with all the mischief Zach has in store by following him on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
