Hiking Trial Marker

On this week’s In the Cut Walker engraved a hiking trail plaque for the Cathedral Rock Summit on Mt. Charleston, here in Las Vegas. For material we are used polished black granite for its durability and exceptional engraving results on a Muse laser cutter.

Material Blog: Stone

The natural beauty of stone is remarkable enough on its own, but with engravings, stone can become a memorial to a hero or a personal accent to a home or garden. Stone comes in all shapes and sizes, from river rocks to quarried quartz, and engraves surprisingly well with a laser cutter. If you like this blog, we have more covering all the best materials for your laser cutter.
